1. By Communication
Some major collapse happens in organizations due to failures of communication breakdowns that stems with a vacuum at the middle level management. Key information does not flow from top management to the lower levels due to these barriers. By sharing information in a structured manner, removing communication barriers at middle levels and being transparent in the organizational activities to the employees, such disappointments at lower level could be minimized.
This is also closely linked with the core values of the organization on how communication is being practiced and managed. Combining both traditional and modern ways of communication, the core objective is to emphasize on the transparency and openness of the organization with the employees.
2. By Motivation of Employees
Highly motivated employees are likely to perform better and stay happily for a longer period within the organization. They will be forced to think and behave as a part of the organization through a motivation process.
An employee, who has performed exceptionally good, must be appreciated immediately. the top performers must be highlighted, awarded and rewarded. It makes employee to indispensable for the organization. Simple wards like Good, Well Done and Keep it Up, are actually the motivating factors for the employees
