Organizational Performance

Organizational performance involves analyzing an organization’s performance against its objectives and goals. In other words, organizational performance comprises real result or outputs compared with intended outputs. The analysis focuses on three main outcomes.

1.    Shareholder Value Performance

2.    Financial Performance

3.    Market Performance

Organizational Commitment

Organizational commitment in the work place is the bond employee experience with their organization. Employees who are committed to their organizations generally feel a connection with organization, feel that they fit in and feel the understand the goal of the organization.

The added value of such employees is that they tend to be more determined in their work, show relatively high productivity and are more productive in offering their support.

There is a clear link between employee satisfaction and organizational performance in both directions, but pretty week intensity. The connection between employee satisfaction and organizational performance is stronger than the connection between organizational performance and the employee satisfaction. It could be stated that employee satisfaction determines organizational performance, rather than organizational performance determining employee satisfaction.
